The hotel is absolutely top class! The friendliness of the staff can hardly be beat. Only with the very soft beds and the two mattresses that wandered apart in the double bed we couldn't cope. But that doesn't justify devaluation. Therefore: *****

We stayed here for 2 nights this weekend. Service and customer care for the hotel top. Room new and clean. Mega! If you have dinner your wallet should be full and the demands should be lowered a little. Eating and drinking take a long time to reach the table. The service was very friendly. At the breakfast table it was a little poor for two days in a row. You get full, but always have the feeling of being the block on the leg of the waitress ;-( On the whole, however, fully sufficient for a nice weekend :-)))

Operation very incompetent and slow. Menu very neglected and not disinfected. The food was standard and tasteless. Not worth it at all.

The three of my father were their guests on Sunday. An onion roast and 2 rump steaks were ordered. The 2 rump steaks were totally tough, my father immediately complained about it. My father didn't eat his and only about half of the other was eaten. The owner, however, did not accept the complaint and became very sloppy. His statement was "he is not obliged to bring new food". The cheek was that they both had to pay, even though my father returned his rump steak.

The cocktails and the salad were really mega, the rest of the food was okay, the service was friendly and courteous after unfortunately a longer wait. It's just a shame that we had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks and that long again for our food.

We stayed at the centerpiece for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. The staff and the boss were super friendly and competent. We'll definitely be back. We recommend.

You should bring a large wallet. The food was very salty and hardly edible. (Asian noodles) Condition was very nice and accommodating. The ambience invites you to a cozy evening.

found this place by accident and glad we did. a bit more than we wanted to pay but definitely worth it. recently refurbished to a very high standard. breakfast buffet was delicious and the owner and his staff very friendly, helpful and professional. we are in the restaurant one night and food was very good. would definitely recommend :-)

We were already the third time in the "heart" (at the first visit we were but test guests, this will not be included in this review, since the restaurant or the hotel had not officially opened). The menu is regularly redesigned from classic Bavarian cuisine to culinary delights. The prices we would classify the upscale standard. The selection of drinks is rich from water to spirits. We had reserved by phone that day, the reservation went fast but should have been more professional: -Ansprech with "you" - no questions for how many people -Person seemed a bit overwhelmed on the phone Let's get to the actual rating: Furnishing: upmarket, well-maintained, natural facilities The service was polite, but had gone away several times during the ordering process to, among other things, the table to stock up. Here, the staff should be better trained. Essen: We had both ordered the roast pork, once with bread dumplings and once with dumplings. The roast pork was served on a wooden board in a roast form, the appearance was consistent. The dumplings and the meat were unfortunately only lukewarm (this we had the second visit again found that the food the heat lacks). Conclusion: service with optimization needs, furnishing top, optitk of the food top, unfortunately lacks the heat. We hope that the heart allows more warmth while eating, otherwise his heart will freeze soon.
